Coworkers - get to work with some fun people that make the day to day better. Salary - pay is above Sacramento average Office - nice office downtown
Cons
Work-life balance - I was required to work every weekend, management and the CEO regularly would slack and expect an immediate response. Those who worked 24/7 were rewarded reenforcing negative culture. Skillsets - The majority of people on the team do not have a corporate background and therefore lack the basic skills required to do their job. This led to the few qualified employees constantly being overworked. Lack of opportunity - In my interview I was told the company was growing so fast and I would have opportunities to grow my career. While I was there very few people were promoted, most workers were frustrated and ended up leaving.
