benefits are good, a lot of learning opportunities and people are very accomodating.
Cons
Frequent restructuring makes it exhausting to keep up with constant changes. Task ownership is often unclear, and employees may be reassigned to unrelated teams while still expected to manage their existing workload (e.g., working on strategy while reporting under HR). Additionally, significant effort is sometimes put into projects that are ultimately just stored in a gdrive folder without review or practical use, which can be demotivating.
