Cons
Its all cons Poor food Huge and inhuman duty timings Management is not bothered to implement any change In STEP INTERVIEW the facts are not shared, duty timing was shared as 9.30 hrs a day, which now is 15 to 16 hrs at times even 17 hrs, STEP TRAINEES are treated as cheap labors, even treated badly by the seniors and managers, GM only talks, no action is taken on anything the STEP trainees complain regarding the working hours, parents are told that we are taking care of ur kids, but real senario is they are not taken care of, No one calls a sick STEP TRAINEE, to find out how he is feeling in a new place down with sickness. HR blames the kids, if they have to report sumthing. Washroom breaks are given only when. You ask them like school, please i need to use the washroom, They have to do 3 service, morning breakfast, lunch and dinner, employees make the STEP TRAINEES their assistant and ask them to even carry heavy tables to set the restaurants, The managers punish them and treat them badly, Parents are told all good things, but in reality the case is sumthing different STEP trainees is Mr. PRS oberoi's creation yet the Hotel & company at the end of the day is using them so badly that they are on the verge of giving up, is this how they are supposed to be treated,
