      There are none about this HR leader!!!

      Cons

      She is imbalance, unfair, inconsistent on how she treats her staff. There have been 7 - 8 terminations in her organization and its mostly due to her lack of leadership, guidance and consistency. Someone should look into her practices but she is getting away with murder.

      We would like to correct a misstatement in this review. There has only been one person terminated in this organization and we know from the location of the reviewer, that she has a very strong connection to that terminated individual. We encourage readers to draw their own conclusions.
