Pros
Volunteer shifts are available to make extra money. The owner is very nice, and tells each person hello everyday.
Cons
They change the qualifications for bonuses every bonus term. Contradictory management. Very stressful environment, they call it "the war room" for a reason. If you leave or are termed they will stop health insurance that day.
