Management sucks. Doesn't know how to run anything. Super unorganized company Not sure how commercial side runs but residential is horrible. Management needs classes on how to treat employees, rude and condescending. If you want to be treated like crap and get paid horrible apply here. Turnover rate is through the roof because one person has to do the job of 2-3 people. No wonder everyone ends up quitting before hitting a year
