      If you like working for a dictatorship and being a slave this is the place for you.

      Cons

      There are too many to mention but the biggest one is you are required to sign a non-compete, literally making you their slave, making it unable for you to advance yourself by going to work for a competitor, yet they are eager to hire from their competition all day long. They are pure hypocrites!!!

      Benefits, HSA. 401K. Health Insurance. Dental.

      Cons

      CEO is the most unprofessional and disrespectful one I have ever seen. Always trying to humiliate everyone around him. He thinks because of his knowledge and "experience" he can treat everyone as garbage. We have an HR department that can't be trusted. Don't give them a chance, you will regret it. No opportunities to advance. Pay is really bad compared to other similar jobs.
