      I can't think of anything positive to say

      Cons

      Office is dirty and lacks HVAC. Owners are in their 70s and have not stayed current with business practices or business tools. They think they can just hire someone to provide leadership. Leadership is completely lacking and it shows in how they treat employees, customers and vendors.
