Crap tier pay. They will claim it is "industry standard" but after interviewing at 2 smaller competitors, I discovered they're weakest competitors have better workflow management, better software, better worker support, more knowledgeable engineering staff and support, and pay tens of thousands more per year for the same work.
Triad will lie to you and claim there is room to grow, but "they don't do raises" not even cost of living adjustments. It's ostensibly an "employee owned firm" but employees don't actually have any say in corporate governance and turnover is so high that if you aren't near the tippy top of the pyramid or a burnt out suicidal husk you have no real chance of ever seeing a benefit.
Most of their projects are desperately behind schedule and nobody in engineering actually has an engineering background, including management. If you bring things up to schedule or ahead of schedule and a customer starts bringing in millions more in business, you won't even get a pat on the back. Overtime is completely without reward even though due to poor staffing you will work a lot of it even if you are fast.
Basically, unless you a financially secure and come from a good family this job is worse than a dead end and will do everything possible to burn you out.
