Pay, benefit cost, paid time off, toxic bullying environment, extreme nepotism. Everyone below management gets paid between $22 to $27 an hour no matter how much experience you have or difficulty or skill that it takes to do a position. Management is lazy, they hire their lazy unproductive friends.
