Pros
Benefits are decent. PTO is average 15 days for the first few years (They make you provide a reason before you can take your PTO- If you do not use all your PTO they will pay you for it at the end of the year).
Cons
No training, no career growth, no HR, no job security, no flexibility with schedule, no annual performance reviews or annual raises. Management is terrible. If you are not in an office, you are screwed. Person over the loan department is not as knowledgeable as they think. She will talk bad about you to senior management but is the reason you do not know your job because she makes things up depending on how she feels that day. They will fire you for not knowing your job but do not provide training. One of the worst places I have worked. Toxic passive aggressive work environment.
