Pros
TriZetto had the feel of a smaller company and had employees who had been there for years. Lots of knowledge came with their tenure. Also paid well!
Cons
Once Cognizant purchased them, the culture changed dramatically. We all just became a number and our individual contributions weren’t valued. Also, forget trying to get promoted. That process was unlike anything I had seen.
