Pros

The people at TriVita are amazing, the Wellness Center group is awesome. Having the onsite medical and workout area is wonderful and very helpful. You feel like they really want to help on your wellness journey. The mid management people are wonderful and helpful when they can be, but their hands are tied. PTO amount is very generous.

Cons

Wellness feels forced, whether you want to be on a journey or not, you need to be on one if you want to be "happy" at work. Upper Management need to quit being "yes men" and start actually telling Mr Ellison what is going on, and give true opinions instead of just agreeing with him - don't get me wrong, he is an amazing man and has wonderful ideas. I believe he truly cares but, he needs to know how things are really happening and that not ALL of his ideas are great.

Pros

I have worked for TriVita almost 10 years now. I've had the opportunity to work in several depts, wearing many hats and have been able to grow personally as well as in diverse experiences. The company is Christian based with a passionate goal of wellness; practicing it and sharing it with others. The CEO is amazing-living proof of living a life of spiritual, physical and emotional wellness! I've been able to grow within this company as well as learn too many things to list. The people working here are amazing as well. There is no one you can't go to that isn't willing to help, coach and teach.

Cons

If you're offended by expressed Christianity, you won't be a good fit.

Pros

Its all about the customers! The building is beautiful, location is great and the people doing the work are amazing! TriVita is the CEO's labor of love, he truly believes in the mission and the purpose of TriVita.

Cons

While the CEO is the real deal, the managers in place are sadly not qualified to be in their positions. It is a small, family run company that has created an environment and culture that is all about the perception of success rather than actual success. Agents and low level employees are treated poorly, the HR department is a complete liability to the company. IT works hard, but the resources and management is lacking, and the CARE Center (call center) is a complete disaster. No one is held accountable, everyone in management plays the "blame game" As a member of management it is heart breaking to see the abuse of the employees and having no recourse or avenue for which to report or correct, your only option is to leave.
