Pros
Easy - When I worked there we only took inbound calls and 90% of the call is just filling out the person's information onto a form that you submit. No Micromanagement Bonuses Chill / Laid Back Environment
Cons
Management wasn't always on the same page about protocol. One manager would tell you to do one thing and another would tell you do to do the opposite. I have a friend still working there who said it's a lot better now though.
