In fact, aside from ongoing trainings, we have carefully designed a mentor/mentee program to guide RSC’s to achieve sales wins. Clearly defined processes and methods have also been put in place to make it easy to close deals.
As our company continues to experience rapid growth, we recognize the importance of being transparent about expectations as well as offering attractive compensation packages. Being on the TriNet RSC team is not an easy job, because there is just so much to learn about our products and the variety of industries our clients are in. That is why we put such a heavy emphasis on coaching and metrics – to help RSC’s pick up key skills in the first year, and really capitalize on personal and professional growth heading into their second year.
