      Pros

      The owners are good people and company is good. But more cons than pros.

      Cons

      Salary is a joke compared to other companies. Everyone is greatly underpaid. HR is terrible. They don’t care about their employees/co workers. Only care about how the company is seen. Turnover is high. A lot of favoritism. Find somewhere else to work.

      Everyone is friendly, nice and knowledgeable.

      Pros

      They have "perks" - 10% discounts for employees - weekly fuel discount - free fountain and coffee drinks Typically GM will work Monday through Friday, getting weekends and holidays off. The customers are awesome.

      Cons

      No work and home balance. Gm is expected to fill all gaps and no overtime is authorized for employees. If the team calls out it is the GM that has to fill shift. On call 24/7. There is very little room for growth when you become a GM. Manganement is not supportive, they manage from their computer and you will rarely see them in their site.
