Pros
The campus is peaceful and pretty. It has a high school campus feel, but not in a bad way. It is small and near the interstate.
Cons
The staff are back-stabbing, conniving, and rude. They lie and plot against each other, gossip, and generally don't get along. It was an extremely stressful place to work with no support from management or personnel. Complaints about colleagues get used against you. And they will fire you without any good reason, or they will concoct a reason/force you into insanity.
