There’s a consistent focus on professional development, with real opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the company. Management is approachable and encourages open communication, which creates a positive and collaborative work environment. I’ve felt valued for my contributions and supported in reaching my goals. Overall, Tri Counties Bank provides the tools, guidance, and culture needed to build a successful and rewarding career.

One area for improvement would be compensation. While the overall work environment, leadership, and growth opportunities are strong, the pay could be more competitive compared to similar roles in the industry. Enhancing compensation would help better reflect employee contributions and further support retention and morale.

Sales goals set by corporate, benefits are not that good, little room for growth, HR not having your back when customers complain about things that are not in your control. Short staffing the branches to make PTO near impossible.
