Pros
Trestor knows to how to treat the knowledge workers well. They assign the job and fix up a deadline, then they leave you free. You can go home or do whatever you want. Just complete the task in time, that’s it !
Cons
They started off well with some seed capital. The founder took care of the employees so well initially . Funds dried up and no capital to run the show. So no salaries for the past few months. Key employees left and product not fully ready. Unable to raise funds. It is chaos all over ! Nowadays I come to work, do my best but without pay. In my young age, Trestor taught me few things. 1. Bhagawad Gita says, without being attached to the fruits of activities, one should act as a matter of duty. I stopped thinking about salary. I do my duty.. just work ! not to worry or desire about results / salary, just perform ! 2. Hindu Dharma : The act of helping others can create an improved sense of well-being. Our Dharma encourages people to help others and do charity. Helping other individuals or start-ups is also a new dharma. Give your efforts and never expect anything in return ! I was a happy go lucky guy in the college. But within few years of my graduation Trestor has changed me a lot, inculcated a spiritual feeling in me. Taught me Bhagawad Gita and Hindu Dharma in no time .The founder is not just a start-up techie, he is my spiritual guru !
