no contract, over worked and no pay only commission

TTC accessible. Free coffee, tea and water. Business casual. Most of the Staff are friendly. PIERRE, ANA AND RACHEL WERE SUPER NICE!

Where do I start? - It was only the HR people who interviewed me, not the position manager/supervisor...hence, the misunderstanding of my job description. - It sounded too good to be true when they offered the job after 2 days of interview. It felt like the answer to my prayers at that time, so I took it desperately. - There was no formal training for the usual stuff for new hires (health and safety, AODA, employee guidelines, whatsoever). - Trained on the basics and overall of the company. - Head Manager decided to have pretty much everyone to do sales (which was kinda questionable as not everyone is licensed to do so) - The office is terribly crowded and loud all the time as everyone is trying to speak really loud on the phone. - Everyone has their own desk but everyone can still just go and bother you as there are no proper divisions. - Pay is average, but somehow not enough for the amount of responsibilities (and added ones) HEAD MANAGERS, BUSINESS MANAGERS speak really street-like; saying unacceptable languages - curse, slangs.
