Customer Success at Trellix is a joke. They don't care about their customers one bit. They are always saying "don't tell the customer this" or "don't tell the customer that". Bottom line is, their products don't work and they don't want the customers to know. Newsflash, they KNOW! Your customers are smarter than you think. What a total disaster this place is now that they are owned by their current private equity company. They layoff top talent because their salaries are too high. Guess what folks? Top talent comes at a price. You can't expect people to do your dirty work for you and not get paid accordingly. That's what this place has become, dirty. It used to be a pretty good company when it was Mcafee and it was even better when Intel owned them, but not anymore. Look for a job anywhere but here.
