Trellis is a company that has come out of nowhere to compete against some big names, thanks to its employees and technological advantages starting from the ground up. Great bunch of team members who are great friends at and outside of work.
Cons
Being self-directed is engaged with remote teams is very important. If you can pull it off, there are no limits to growth.
