Pros

unethical trickeries used but easy to catch if you examine your paystub carefully

Cons

If you are a consultant considering the offered by Treliant, this review is for you. You will be encouraged to work extra hours since you are new and you are eager to save the contract and keep the client. Treliant will try very hard not to pay for your extra hours. Say, you work for 60 hours but you will be paid for at most 45 hours. Consider the rest of it a tax. Even for the 45 hours, if you do not examine your paystub diligently, your payments will be skipped. Treliant will not worry about you leaving -- you will be laid off the moment you help Trelian save the contract and keep the client. Your work will be inherited by those whose families have a personal relationship with the top grass of Treliant.

Pros

Wealthy enough to hire a managing director, whose main job is the do the train and do the job for the grandson of the boss's friend.

Cons

Poor enough to steal from consultants. The business can hardly handle anything that involves any amount of technical work. They copy-pasted the data, program and outcome form other business to your report.
