Employee Purchase Program is great, The people you work with usually are great.
Cons
Cost cutting in every single corner they can find. They expect all salary individuals to do the work of 4 people and OT for hourly employees needs to get approved. It's just a brutal work environment and they are doing what they can to survive like everyone else. There just seems to be chaos coming from the people who make decisions... directives change all the time... how teams are bonused or incentivized change all the time and most of the time are not achievable or relevant for most of the members on a team. Trek leadership is filled with smart, capable people... but they are missing the mark. This is supposed to be a fun environment and industry to work in.... but Trek is failing at making it so. Desperation is a stinky cologne, and a lot of people are jumping ship. Specialized bought a ton retail stores trying to keep up and compete with Trek... look at all their job listings... Specialized is in a worse position than Trek is. Which says a lot. It will be interesting to see how things shake out.
