The good experience company review section is the most valuable feature! I love that current and former employees can share their experiences so job seekers have a better way of knowing the true culture vs what recruiters and interviewers share, which is usually only the positives or exaggerated benefits. e with good events
Cons
Glassdoor has been crucial to finding quality candidates for open roles and helping showcase the employer brand to highlight culture, benefits, sentiment, etc. It is a great platform to not only help job seekers but companies looking for the right fit as well!
