Great trees but leaders are clueless - Anonymous employee Treedom Employee Review

I've started a few months ago at Treedom, I really like the open-minded atmosphere and the purpose of the company around growing trees working with NGOs and communities around the world. It's a fast growing company, with a certain level of chaos which is typical for such a young company, but which is also really inspiring and gives new joiners the chance to try new things and be part of an international team with a great Italian flavor.

For those, who feel comfortable in a big corporation and prefer to wear a business dress all the time, Treedom might be different ;-)

Treedom is an ex-startup that has managed to maintain its friendlyness and freedom. The employees always come first and they are given the best tools to get theire work done. The headquarter surrounded by the nature offers a swimming pool, ping-pong, table-soccer and some cool parties. Guys often stop after work for a beer or ice cream which is always available

Treedom business is wonderful, but in order to reach it's objectives everyone at Treedom must work really hard and it can get stressful
