Pros
- Super warm and welcoming culture at all levels - Lots of activity focussed at making Treatt a better place to work and ensuring everyone has a voice and is represented - Lots of opportunities to test and try products and some great customers. - Really good benefits that apply to all levels - annual bonus, private healthcare, private dental, generous retirement savings plans - Treatt are a small company and so retain some of that small company spirit, though it's also a listed company with all of the governance that comes with that. - Great site in Bury St Edmunds with subsidised restaurant, showers, informal meeting spaces and lots of parking. Easily accessible by bike too. - It's changing a lot as it moves to a more regional structure - which is exciting (though the pace of change isn't for everyone)
Cons
- A lot of processes are quite manual and systems can be a little outdated, meaning it can take longer than you'd like to answer simple questions. Because everyone is so busy, improving these things often takes longer than is ideal. - Sometimes a little adverse to challenge and to change, which takes a bit of getting used to when you first join.
