You work closely with some of the best and brightest The culture is really collaborative and you learn loads It's a company that the vast majority of the time tries to do the right thing by it's people It's growing and it's financials are excellent meaning there is lots of opportunity
Cons
Not often but Trayport can sometimes can be bureaucratic similar to most medium size corporations Pay increases while above average for the industry still fall below where I would like them particularly as a manager trying to get pay increases for more junior staff
