Pros
It has a lot of innovation, they are acquiring new technologies to be one of the best in class in retail execution, retail AI and retail data gathering. The P&L is very impressive
Cons
There was multiple issues of organization because these acquisitions.. They were figuring out what roles keep, what would shift, who would stay and who will not.. the transition was hard but I am assuming they were leading somewhere now.
