Pros
Home office 3-4 times a week. Very flexible working hours, no overtime. Can learn many skills that are useful in the long run.
Cons
The salary is at least half of the industry average. Ex-colleagues who leave get jobs paying 2-2.5x more. Management as in many places is cutting budget from the employees to reduce costs but spends on unnecessary expenses (like full rebranding). They don't care about people: if they don't like the HR or Operations leads, they fire them.
