      Pros

      Good commission if you actually manage to hit the ridiculously high targets.

      Cons

      Very sly company, targets unrealistic, really high staff turnover, higher up managers are bullies. They have just made lots of employees redundant and will probably go bust soon.

      Treated like a number. Long stressful hours if you want any chance of hitting targets. Goal posts constant changing.
