Workload is increasing with no end it site. The employee feedback is requested but never addressed.

- Work life balance is good - Good people

- Pay is well below the market with no care from the people in management. They’d rather you left than be fair - New staff get paid 10s of thousands more than existing team members. They just take advantage of you. - No real direction other than trying to keep investors happy - Poor benefits unless you’re in head office which is also the only place you’ll get a promotion
