Upper management has clear goals and is very transparent. Company has a fantastic culture with proper morals.

I have none at this time.

- You have a lot of autonomy over your everyday work. - They love to promote internal employees. (See a ton of this!!) - I really enjoy working for the current Recruiting Manager.

- Hard to get a position in Management if you don't live in CO. (With the exception of Parts & Service Managers.) - Benefits are expensive. - No remote work flexibility or exceptions.
