The workload, typical of all freight brokerages, can be unbalanced. However, we embrace this dynamic nature as a positive challenge that attracts and rewards like minded people who thrive in a fast paced environment.

I'd be surprised if there were any pros here, because my experience with Transportation One has been nothing but miserable! I was expected to know how to do my job perfectly right from the start, despite not receiving any support or guidance. Workloads are also overwhelming and unbearable. There isn't a day that I don't feel burnt out.

After working for Transportation One for a couple of months, I can confidently say that this company is one of the worst I've ever worked for, and you should avoid it at all costs! The work environment is incredibly toxic, and it's all thanks to the hostile managers and abusive leadership. They couldn't care less about you and only care about having their demands met. They manipulate and threaten employees into meeting unreasonable expectations, and won't hesitate to toss them aside as soon as their usefulness runs out! Even if employees were treated with some level of respect, working here would still be a complete waste of time because of how awful the pay is, as well as how scarce opportunities for advancement are. Hard work isn't acknowledged, much less rewarded. Don't waste your time on such a terrible company and stay away!
