Pros

You work from home and save gas

Cons

They cycle through numerous employees and constantly are understaffed and hiring in groups, it’s very overwhelming, the company is a poorly run start up company, the communication is terrible and there is definitely gas lighting. It is very micromanaged and overwhelming. It’s best to find a different job nanny new hires never stay long enough or last and the pay is not the best for the amount of work, anxiety and stress your having to deal with. Employees are very replaceable here and not valued at all. The training is terrible and is a one time thing and with so many changes it is unfair to the employees and they do get held accountable for honest mistakes. The expectations are very unrealistic and almost seems like it’s done like that purposely. There is no transparency. Very hard to grow in this company. Many things are said and promised when hired but there is absolutely no follow through. Unless you received it in email there is no point in addressing it as such comments or promises mentioned are not remembered, they have no idea or just absolutely denied to it have ever happened. This is a very taxing job and I encourage you to look else where. They hire in groups constantly because people don’t last and end up no longer being there due to being let go or them quitting. So it can constantly be overwhelming with calls due to short staffing issues and people having to pick up slack. The benefits are not very good either. And there is absolutely no trust unless you have it in writing.

Pros

Quick hire. Salary is average.

Cons

Where do I start. This was one of the worst experiences of my career. I started this job on a Monday and was fired on a Thursday. After 3 days of an unorganized training on systems that were 75% not working, I was told that I was not keeping up to their pace and let go. You are very micromanaged and being recorded in your every key stroke. I felt accosted when the second day I switched my camera off for 30 seconds so my daughter could come in my office to grab something. The manager Told me that it was a distraction. Though others had full conversations in their backgrounds. I was told that benefits would start on day one however there is a waiting period. I am just glad that I didn't waste too much of my valuable time with this company and mad that I didn't read the company reviews as they have a rating of 2 stars. 10 systems. 3 days. And you are on the phones. Not a great environment. Maybe for some but definitely not for me.
