The best thing about working at TransGlobal is the growth of the company. It is hard to know what you want to do, so having a lot of experience and exploring opportunities is important. For me personally, I have a wonderful supervisor, a boss that challenges me to be better, and supportive coworkers. I learned a tremendous amount and can use that knowledge to help the people around me. It is not easy at first but the wealth of knowledge that I developed makes the job totally worth it.

There are many things you can learn so it can be overwhelming. I feel like I am always behind so it encourages me to work harder and learn more. The culture can also be something you are not used to, but being open does not hurt. There are people you might not work well with but that happens at every company.
