Flexible hours, great people to work with, loved the work and ability to help others

Favoritism, unbalanced workloads, inconsistent standards, issues with honesty and a ridiculous rumor mill, stress and anxiety producing environment with little to no support from upper management who will throw you under the bus quickly to save themselves, difficult to have a work/life balance with the heavy workload, high turnover and burnout
