Pros
Benefits are great, especially time off. Lots of training available if you want to learn new things. If you know what you are getting into, this is a decent place to work.
Cons
Staff not valued as much as they should be. May have to work holidays, weekends, different shifts. Politics among upper management a problem. Consumers in program became more dangerous, a lot of people from jail not hospitals. Not enough help from management for this.
