Hands on training, great benefits, competitive compensation Working at TEFCU allows for great professional growth! The staff is very friendly and there are so many company sponsored activities. I personally became more detail oriented and analytical since working at TEFCU. The financial industry is always changing and TEFCU keeps up with all the changes and trends. I'm actually proud to say I am apart of an organization that is leading in the credit union industry. I am confident that the skills I am learning at TEFCU benefit my professional and personal life. Also the effort managers put into creating a great balance amongst their team is noteworthy. Some of the sweetest and most sincere employees work at TEFCU. I can definitely tell a significant amount of effort goes into creating team balance and great team culture.

PTO time - Although we receive a great overall benefit package I would suggest additional personal / PTO days.
