Increment policy is transparent and performance driven, with up to 30% hike for strong business contribution.
Cons
The corporate structure is quite strict, which can feel a bit rigid at times. Timelines can be demanding due to focused working hours. During sale periods, there may be instances of working beyond regular hours.
