Pros
Working in relocation is always a learning curve, and every day is different. There is room for advancement within the company, and they strive to promote from within if possible. The people that work her are a very close knit, friendly group. There is the option of flexibility with your work schedule if needed, and the ability to work from home. Management is very supportive of extended learning, in may facets of the relocation industry (real estate, appraisals, property management etc).
Cons
There has been some turn over in the accounting department last year, which made it very challenging, but has been resolved now. Location is difficult as it is south of the Airport, and traffic can be very congested.
