Excellent people working hard on a worthwhile cause accelerating the energy transition.
A strong culture of coaching and mentoring.
Company values are used multiple times weekly to give kudos to those living and breathing the culture.
Opportunities and promotions are given to those who contribute.
Cons
Nothing beyond the regular start-up stuff of iteration and improvement.
