In the future, I hope the company considers opening more sites in other locations, as it would provide greater convenience for employees who live farther away. Although this is not much of a con for me since they already provide a permanent hybrid work setup.

As a fresh graduate and aspiring HR professional, joining this company has been a truly rewarding experience. From day one, the team has been warm and welcoming, making the transition from school to the workplace smooth and encouraging. The hands-on training I received was not only thorough but also incredibly practical, giving me exposure to real HR functions and responsibilities early on. The company culture stands out the most. It's supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented. Everyone is approachable, and there’s a genuine focus on both professional development and well-being. I’ve learned so much in such a short time already, and I feel like I’m on the right path to building a strong career in HR.
