      Pros

      Ability to choose preffered schedule (anytime during 24h), perfect place for students as its a remote job, otherwise there are a lot better options with the same salary range.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have no choice but to work at night. A lot of pressure on your results as they are being recorded and calculated everyday.

      Micromanagement, the managers get to take as much time off while you are here working hard and getting verbally berated by customers, no time off and when you do take time off it gets counted against you. The onsite facility is gross and trashy
