Pros

- Some of the managers do actually care - Work from home position

Cons

- "Promotions" aren't really as glamorous as it sounds.. Its only a way to increase your workload with very little training - I felt like the compensation for the kind of workload and stress the job comes with is very poor - work-life balance is a struggle - abusive customers all the time. It might affect your mental health

Cons

had to work on weekends so i wish they can give us weekends off.

There were no pros for working for this company.

Cons

There is no HR number to call and everything is based on a ticket. Training is very fast paced and attendance is docked for every minute you are late including when there are issues with their system and managers will send you a write up without coaching that you either accept or dispute. Its an awful company to work for all in all. Run dont walk away.
