      Cons

      If your a woman your overlooked while your male counterparts climb the ladder. They say they hire from within when they dont at at least not for lucrative positions , they bring people from outside for the director positions.

      Fast progression and pay raises to those that put for the effort. Fantastic management that works with you when you need time off or any questions about work.

      Cons

      The mobile team is very active, if that’s not something you’re ready for it can get very tiring.
