Pros

The pay is average. Work from home is a plus. Base idea is solid.

Cons

There is no transparency. You'll spend half your time creating and presenting reports about what you're doing. They give lip service to concepts of teamwork and transparency but it's a lie. They love secrets. General workforce is treated poorly. No executive visibility or action. No accountability at the manager level or above. Rampant favoritism. Terrible work environment. Mandatory overtime in multiple departments. Intense pressure to complete difficult tasks on impossible deadlines. Company promises to make you rich on your stock options and uses that as the reason pay is lower and hours are long. If you aren't at the top, you're a nameless cog.

Pros

-higher pay than average -friendly colleagues -good training leads -ability to be cross trained in different departments & learn new skills -over time offered consistently -open to new ideas and workflows

Cons

-management overworks the best employees that leads to burnout -everyone is miserable and overworked and not promoted for YEARS but stay because the pay is better than other remote companies
