Pros
The benefits offered are nothing to complain about. They offer 401k with match, employee stock plan, paid maternity leave and others. Pay was decent for the work and they take pride in their training.
Cons
Many lower level positions are subject to potential outsourcing and this could be layoffs or moving to a position you didnt apply for. Overtime could only be worked with manager approval and training, while good, is 4-6 weeks long. Many open internal positions but hard to
