      Experience is entirely dependent on the director you report to. Some are fine and provide appropriate mentorship, others are incredibly demanding and greedy, and offer no support in helping you reach promotion

      Pros

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Cons

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
