Pros
I have worked for a few different call centers and I can truly state that the quality of people they hire; co-workers and management are very nice and professional. They offer excellent benefits.
Cons
The pay is very low for the level of expertise and quality they demand. This is an easy job but at the same time very technical. The percentage of quality grading they require is unreachable, you can never go over the goal post because they will stop you dead in the track. Your earning potential is very limited, They cannot retain good workers due to the low wages.
